I began providing Accounting and Tax services in the real estate industry in 2014. Soon after, in 2015 I purchased my first investment property in Springfield Missouri. It was a two bed, one bath house and 784 square feet. From then on I was hooked. But one of the things I enjoy the most is providing fellow investors with the tax strategies and knowledge I have gained over the years.
I decided to specialize in real estate because I have always been passionate about the numerous tax benefits that are available as well as the long term wealth building potential and financial freedom it can create.
